Hilvaren is a brand of Healing Made Wearable Pty Ltd. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website and enquiries about Hilvaren.
When you enquire, we collect your first and last name, email address, enquiry type and message. For professional and organisation enquiries, we also collect your organisation and role. You may provide an estimated quantity. We record the date of your enquiry and the version of the Terms of Use you accept.
You can browse without submitting the form. If you leave required fields blank, we cannot receive an enquiry through it. Please keep messages general and do not send medical records, personal health details, payment card information or confidential information about another person.
We use enquiry details to respond to you, discuss fit, availability, ordering or partnerships, and keep a record of those discussions. We also use relevant information to protect the website and meet legal obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell your personal information.
We use hosting, data storage and communications providers to operate and secure this website, store enquiries electronically and respond to you. These providers may process information for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or with your permission.
Our service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Processing locations depend on the provider and service used. Contact us if you need more information about overseas processing before you submit an enquiry.

This website is operated by Healing Made Wearable Pty Ltd under the Hilvaren brand. These terms cover browsing this website and sending an enquiry. They are not terms of sale.
Hilvaren is currently welcoming enquiries ahead of its first release. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, reserve stock, create a purchase contract or require you to buy anything. We will discuss availability and any ordering arrangements with you separately. No payment is taken through this website.
We aim to present clear and accurate information. Prelaunch imagery shows the intended product and may include visualisations. Details such as colour, fit, sizing, specifications and availability will be confirmed before any purchase. Screen settings can affect how colours appear.
Information about Hilvaren and its textile is general product information. It is not individual medical advice or a promise of a particular recovery outcome. Decisions about post surgical care and garment suitability should be discussed with your treating clinician. The enquiry form is not a clinical consultation or an emergency service.
Please provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorised to share. Do not send medical records, personal health details, payment card information or another person’s confidential information. Do not use this website for spam, unlawful activity, attempts to access other people’s information, or actions that disrupt or damage the service.
By submitting the enquiry form, you confirm that you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry information is handled. Acceptance does not sign you up for marketing.
Hilvaren’s branding, garment imagery, text and other website materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to this website for personal or professional reference. Please ask before reproducing or using our materials commercially, except where the law permits that use.
